She divided the students into 10 groups to discuss conflicts in the family and its solutions. Each team instructed to present 2 conflicts and its solutions. I was in the second group. Expectations, ego clash, ruling behaviour of partner, external influence etc were the conflicts. Communication, understanding etc were the common solutions emerged. But I believe we cannot generalise anything in this topic. It will change depending upon person to person. (Problem to problem). I think problem solving skill, decision making ability, financial independence, mutual respect and understanding are required for the happiness in any relationship.
